Termite Management Control System

Operating procedures are divided into 2 types including:

1. Termite management and control service for under-construction buildings

1.1 Study details of building plan (e.g., framing plan, double layer wall, shaft, honey comp) prior planning any service provision.

1.2 Slab-on-Ground, No Crawl Space Underneath

  • Sub-Slab Soil Treatment

Sub-Slab Soil Treatment – It is operated by drilling the cavity with the approximate size of 10 x 10 centimeters that is parallel with both interior and exterior beams. Subsequently, chemicals are injected in the cavity and all areas of such cavity will be sprayed with chemicals. Next, the cavity is covered by soil and chemicals are sprayed again to cover all areas. Subsequently, concrete should be poured on the gravity to block out all chemicals immediately.

1.3 Area under building with the area of space over than 80 centimeters

  • Chemical hose and SwingJet Installation

Chemical hose must be installed under the building floor from the center of the room to the Control Box location outside the building. The special chemical hose with flexibility and durability will help to prevent breaking caused by high temperature and corrosion of chemicals. All set of the chemical hose is made of Duracon material with high durability and strength. Each SwingJet is equipped with the hose for connecting directly with the pump in the form of One to One Direct Injection. As a result, the obtained pressure is even with sufficient pressure for spreading chemicals to all sides of the beam. SwingJet is able to swing 360 degrees and it is specially designed under the copyright of King Service Center Company limited for extensive spraying. Since it is operated in the form of Spray-Into-Foundation-Beam, all sides of the beam are able to be exposed with chemicals properly and effectively for preventing termite. This is different from normal chemical hose spraying chemicals from the beam.

  • Control Box Installation

Control Box is installed outide the building and serves as the storage point of SwingJet installed under the building for convenience and accuracy of injecting chemicals under the building floor in the next time without grooving the building floor. Each chemical hose must be labeled with its number and it must be able to specify the demanded area for pressing chemicals accurately.

  • Sub-Slab Soil Treatment through KiiS and SwingJet Systems

After installing SwingJet and all devices, KiiS will start to calculate and command to spray the chemicals accurately. It also controls valve for spraying chemicals automatically. It is able to spray chemicals completely with regular pressure and able to record all data during the operation in SmartCard that is used for recording all results and details of all procedures of actual operation. Subsequently, all data will be reported to the computer center of our company for controlling our service quality.

2. Termite Management and Control Service for After-Construction Buildings

2.1 Study details of building and specify all risky areas in order to perceive possible problems leading to ability of planning preventive plan extensively.

2.2 Slab-on-Ground, No Crawl Space Underneath

  • Sub-Slab Injection by Drilling and Roding via KiiS

The floor must be drilled with the diameter of 1.3 centers and distance from the wall of 30 centimeters approximately. There must be some spaces for each location for approximately 1 meter parallel along with wall line (beam line) of all areas of downstairs. The chemicals must be conducted with sub-slab injection through the spray that is specially designed under the exclusive copyright of King Service Center Company Limited and it is controlled by KiiS System (Keep Tracking Intelligent Injection System) in order to enable chemicals to infiltrate all the sub-slab areas extensively for preventing termite from your house. Subsequently, Epoxy Resin must be used followed by painting and decoration to make your wall in the same condition as much as possible.

  • Spraying Void Treatment

It can be performed by spraying LP Sprayer for coating cornices, wood window and door frames, built-in furniture, spaces among ceilings for the interior areas of downstairs.

  • KingFoam Cavity Treatment

It is the new technology for foam injection improving the efficiency of form injection in the important areas with the expansion rate of foam that is higher than water for 30 times. As a result, chemical injection is able to be performed completely and efficiently at the sub-slab areas and all cavities. General water spraying may have some disadvantages due to slope level, density, cavity, or collapse of the interior areas of downstairs.

2.3 Sub-Slab Area with the Space over than 80 centimeters In the event that the sub-slab area has the space area between ground and building over than 80 centimeters and it is able to be accessed or drilled.

4. Perimeter Treatment

To spray chemicals for covering all outside cavities extensively the chemicals must be sprayed with the distance from the building for 1 meter. For concrete area, it must be drilled with the diameter of 1.3 centimeters and it must be distant from wall line for approximately 30 centimeters. Each location must be 1 meter away from each other and the chemicals are able to be sprayed around the ground area of the building.

5. ProBAIT Installation

ProBAIT is operated by detecting the aggression of the termite continuously during 24 hours and there will be warning via LED light on the warning platform that will be sprung when it finds any termite. As a result, you would perceive immediately if any termite is invading your house. Fast detection of termite will improve the efficiency of termite control and reduce any possible damage caused by termite. ProBAIT has no element of any hazardous chemical therefore it is safe and able to be installed inside and outside the building in order to prevent your house from termite’s invasion.

Conditions of Service Agreement

1. Service Agreement for Termite management and Control with the duration of 1 year or 3 years (depending on your Agreement made with King Service Center Company limited) is included with labor cost, cost of equipment and devices, cost of materials, and chemicals, that are necessary for the operating procedures as defined above.
2. Within 1 year or 3 years (depending on your Agreement), our company is glad to check termite for you every 4 months.
3. According to nature of termite, bugs, and other pests that may be always occurred easily, our company is glad to provide some services to manage and control such event without any charging in the event of such problem during the term of your Agreement.

5. King Service Center Company Limited reserves the right to change any condition without providing any prior notice and our company shall not guarantee for any possible damage against any property and individual caused by the invasion or destruction of termite.
